Kurt Kiefer started commercial auctioneering services in 1980 in the South Florida markets of Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. Kurt has sold all three types of cemmercial equipment, inventory, real estate since. In the mid 1990s Kurt started to specialize in selling inventory of all types for businesses going out of business, for secured parties, for firms relocating and closing warehouses and manufacturers selling product lines and work in progress.
Today the firm deals mostly with retail and wholesale inventories anywhere in the United States. Be it 35 truckloads in Seattle or 2 truckloads in Baltimore or Orlando. Most of what we do is distributor or manufacturers stock located in warehouses anywhere in the country. We can sell the inventory for you as well as the rackin, material handling and office equipment too. Because we are commercial auctioneers we can sell as an on-line auction or a live open cry auction. We can do a priced liquidation for the general public, or a select mailing list.
