Auction to be conducted using color slides and printed catalog,
so inspection is necessary. Removal is Saturday, May 22nd
and Monday May 24th. Special terms on walk-ins and built-ins
(see below). 10% buyer's premium. Full payment on auction
day. |

NOTICE:
SPECIAL TERMS ON WALK-IN COOLERS & CERTAIN OTHER ATTACHED
ITEMS
We have made arrangements with Midwest Refrigeration to
professionally deinstall the walk in coolers and certain
other built-in or attached equipment. We will leave the
installed and up for the preview and the auction itself.
They will do the de-install on Monday, May 24th and have
all the items available for pickup on Tuesday, May 25th.
the cost to do this will be passed along to the high bidder
on the individual item and referenced in the printed catalog
which will be available prior to the auction. For example
, if the walk in beer cooler costs $300 to deinstall, and
your high bid was $1800, your total at check out would be
the $300 deinstall PLUS the $1800 you bid. These terms will
be plainly marked and noted in the catalog for your easy
reference.
